Happy New Year from the Group Fitness Team at Mapledurham!

Our group exercise classes are a motivating and fun way to get active and stay active throughout the winter months. Each class is led by one of our super star instructors, who will help you exercise safely and get results for all fitness levels and abilities. 

Look out for the Les Mills class launches this January, dates can be found on the booking system or at the club reception. The launch showcases each programme, and is a great way to kick start your fitness. These programmes are results driven and challenge all levels and styles of fitness.

We are also very excited that we now have 22 new Keiser M3 series indoor cycling bikes.

The Keiser M3 is a true performance exercise cycle, aimed at enhancing your indoor cycling experience and really challenge your cardiovascular conditioning.

The new bikes allow you to track your Cadence (RPM), Power Output (Watts/Kcal), Heart Rate, Elapsed Time, Current Gear (Resistance Level) and distance. The multi media screen allows you (and your instructor) to see your performance during the class.  For the less competitive member there is an option to opt out of this.

You can also download the Keiser M3 app to your smart phone to further personalise your ride and keep an eye on your stats and fitness goals.

If you are new to indoor cycling, don’t worry.  Our expert instructors are on hand to guide you through the basics and ensure you have a great experience.  Classes are suitable for all levels, booking is essential.

New to the timetable for January, we’ve got Boxercise on Mondays at 19.25 and Thursdays at 12.00 plus Les Mills Tone on Sundays at 9.00am! Launching this week be sure to try out some of our exciting new classes.
